What you can do with your Poll data

The poll response data you obtain through the Poll plan is provided under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) license. This permits you to:

• View, extract insights, and share the survey results within your organization for internal analytical purposes.
• Publicly share abridged excerpts or charts visualizing the data, with proper attribution to SDTEST^®.

However, the CC BY-NC-ND license prohibits the following:

• Commercial use of the data without permission - this includes marketing, advertising, and sales.
• Publicly sharing or redistributing the full dataset externally.
• Creating modified or adapted versions of the data.
• Any use of the data that enables re-identification of participants.

When publicly disclosing any charts, figures, or insights based on this data, you must provide appropriate credit to SDTEST^® as the source, for example:

"Poll survey data provided by SDTEST^® under a CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 license."
